I have been feeling really really sore lately, a combo of that and what I think is a cold has just had me feeling like absolute crap! Yesterday I took the entire day after the gym and just relaxed. I actually took a long nap which is something I never ever do lol. Now, since the sun has been out for a few days my allergies are all flared up. LOL if its not one thing its another.
